Manash believes in applying creativity to solve problems and build aesthetic narratives. 

Since 2006, he has discovered himself as a musician, marked his place as a songwriter and travelled through sub-zero terrains canning inspiring stories at 24 frames-per-second. In 2018, he was awarded recognition for his contribution to songwriting craft (in Assamese) and video direction. 

His unique perspectives owe a lot to his theoretical foundation in Films (Content Creation and Management, School of Convergence at IMI, New Delhi) and rediscovered over Design Thinking (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). 

He divides his time between professional audio/video production, co-building musical narratives (music album, series, film), delivering workshops for beginners on the art and craft of song-writing.
